說明及特點:
1、該型分(fèn)切機(jī)适合于分切PE、PP、PET,PVC等(děng)塑料薄膜(mó),複合膜,
膜,彩印膜、卷筒紙等。是薄膜(mó)、薄片二次加工以(yǐ)及彩印包裝企業(yè)的理想機型。
2、整機由PLC集中控制(三矢量電機)并采(cǎi)用觸摸屏人機界面對整機進行集中操作。
3、放卷采用(yòng)氣動(dòng)刹車制動器,由(yóu)PLC自動計算卷徑實現自動張力控制。
4、牽引控制由一(yī)台矢量(liàng)變頻電機驅動(dòng),實現恒線速度控(kòng)制,并有效地隔斷收放卷(juàn)張力之間的相互影響。
5、收卷(juàn)軸采(cǎi)用氣漲軸收(shōu)卷由二台矢量變頻電機獨(dú)立驅(qū)動,收(shōu)卷(juàn)張力控制,根據收卷直徑,分切(qiē)厚度,設定張力等(děng)參數,由PLC運算(suàn)實現自動張力遞增(zēng)。(可選滑差氣漲軸軸)
6、收卷軸壓輥離合采用氣動裝置,壓力大小通過調(diào)壓閥控制(zhì)。
7、放卷裝卸料采用氣(qì)漲軸裝卸料,氣動鎖緊,料卷氣動升降,裝卸料方便(biàn)、效率高。
8、放(fàng)卷EPC糾編裝置可準确控(kòng)制端面精度。
9、分切(qiē)采用(yòng)圓刀直刀分切(qiē)裝置,端面整(zhěng)齊,有邊廢料風送。
10、整機由同步帶、同步輪為傳動方(fāng)式,執行與鎖緊(jǐn)采(cǎi)用氣動方式

Description and characteristics:

8. The unwinding EPC correction device can accurately control the end face precision.
